Beauty is not only always about how you look, but it is sometimes about how you feel. Your health plays an important role to look beautiful and younger. When you get into routine of doing regular exercise, taking proper sleep and drinking a lots of water, you will look more good and better. According to Doctor Samantha, diet plays a key role in your health beauty. 

"Everything you eat becomes a part of not only your inner being, but the outer fabric of your body as well. The healthier the foods are that you consume, the better your skin will look," says Samantha Heller, MS, RD, a clinical nutritionist at NYU Medical Center in New York City.(Healthy Beauty, n.d.)

You should always take care of your body, most important your face. Apply natural cleansing tonic before you go sleep. Add lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

1. Dip a tomato slice in the sugar and rub it on your face. This will work as skin brightening exfoliant.
2. Add a tablespoon of honey in the plain yogurt. Gently massage on your face.
3. Add one spoon of lemon, honey in plain milk. Apply it to your face and leave it for 15 min. Then wash with water.

Add one spoon of turmeric, gram flour, milk, and sandalwood powder to make a thick paste. Apply this mask on your face and leave it for 20 minutes.

Classy Bridal Makeup Done By Me...

I recently did make up on gorgeous bride name Mehak. She gives me privilege to get her make up and hairs done on her wedding day. So, here is the picture of the girl.

MY GORGEOUS BRIDE

 She was just looking amazing. Everyone was asking her who did your make-up and hairs. She was  really happy with my work. When i saw her dress, I really want to give her a neutral look and  smoky eyes. She looked like a bride from heaven with dramatic smoky eyes, gorgeous thick lashes and a pretty nude lip. Her hair was done up in sophisticated yet feminine curls.

The other girl, I did make up on was my regular client name Namarta. So, here is her picture:

 I was so inspired by this beautiful young mother, for who I happened to do a makeover in Mississauga. The breakdown of the make-up is as: Namarta is blessed with a lovely complexion which I enhanced by an HD airbrush make-up. This included smoky eyes and medium to rosy lip and blush. So here are the steps to do this easy hairstyle:

• Firstly curl your bottom hairs.
• Half tie your hair with little bounce upwards. For this bounce you can use a teasing comb.
• Then pin up your half hairs.
• If you have bangs, you can straight your bangs for smooth look otherwise you can leave it as it is.
• Then spray your hairs with hair spray to have perfect look to stay for long.

My name is Anshani Bhandari. Since from my childhood, I always had a special interest in fashion and in hair styling. I made my first hair style at the age of nine. My aunt, when she saw the hair style that I made, she made the prediction about me," One day Anshani will be a great beautician." Beautician means, "a person whose job is to give people beauty treatment." (beautician, n.d.)

After that my journey started and I got a lot of appreciation from my family and friends. Especially, when I did make up on my friend Tamanna, everybody was so amazed. Tamanna was looking so beautiful. At that point, I realize that I am going to be a beautician.

I learned at Shahzad Hair Saloon from India as a part time worker.
